Steps
1) Practice self-control. Before you eat any meal imagine how much you would normally eat and cut it in half.
2) Before and after you eat, drink a glass of water.
3) A couple minutes later, exercise for ten minutes.
• For two minutes do as many sit ups as you can.
• For three minutes do toe touch with two second breaks.
• For the last five minutes practice push ups with five second breaks.
